Photos are stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Only the event host can view and download photos. Laqta staff cannot access event photos. Ever.
Photos are automatically deleted after the host's plan window ends — between 14 and 180 days after the event, depending on the plan. Guest uploads close about 3 days after the event, and unpaid draft events are removed after 14 days. Deletion covers both storage and database records, and a deletion log is kept for every event.
Laqta does not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties for any commercial purpose. AI features such as photo screening operate within your private event only and never expose your photos outside of it. Uploaded photos are automatically screened for safety; anything uncertain is held privately for the event host's own review.
